The Punjab University security administration caught a bike-robber red-handed from the New Campus girls’ cafeteria parking on Tuesday.
Ahmed Saeed Qazi, 35, was caught by guards near Gate No. 2 while stealing a motorcycle using a set of eight master-keys. Resident Officer-I Javed Sami said the thief had been handed over to Muslim Town Police and an application submitted to lodge a first information report.
