Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that any body who tries to disturb peace here in the city will not be spared irrespective of his political association.
Talking to media here on Monday, he said five hundred FC personnel will reach Karachi this evening to take part in maintaining peace and order activities in Karachi.
He said the law and order situation have improved in the city after the measures of the government in this regard.
To a question Rehman Malik said that the friendship of PPP and MQM was imperative for the democracy and betterment of the country.
He said the President and the Prime Minister have directed me to live in touch with MQM along with efforts for maintaining peace in the mega city.
Interior Minister said “we will move forward following the path of reconciliation.”
He said if MQM have any kind of misunderstandings those can be corrected by direct communication. He said I am available for discussion any where.
