The poultry mafia is fleecing the customers as chicken rates have increased up to Rs 150 per kilogramme.
The residents expressed concerns over soaring rates of chicken meat, which is being sold at Rs 150 to Rs 152 per kilogramme.
The residents complained that rates of chicken would reach to Rs 170 per kilogramme by Ramadan. They have demanded of higher authorities to bring down the rates of chicken meat.
