This party has developed a deadly militant wing which are armed with sophisticated weapons which the police can't even dream of. The government needs to create an elite force which should be

*highly paid
*highly motivated
*equipped with modern weapons
*logistic support with modern APCs and helicopters.
Unless such elite force is created peace will not prevail. MQM thugs or any other law breaker can be easily neutralised from land or even from air (helicopters).
