Police beat PMC Athletico FC (FSD) by 1-0 in the Pakistan Premier League Football at Sadiq Shaheed Football Stadium (Mali Bagh) Quetta on Friday. Muhammad Waseem scored the winning goal for Police.
Both teams played outstanding game but win landed in the favour of Police when Waseem with his solo effort mastered a move in the 65th minute to secure the win for the Police. In the other match of the league, Baloch FC held WAPDA to a draw at Sadiq Shaheed Stadium Quetta.
Former champions failed to pass the defence of Baloch club. At the same ground, KRL thrashed PEL 3-0 with goals coming from Rizwan Asif, Kaleem Ullah and Mehmood Khan. In the fourth match, PIA down PAF by 2-0 at KPT Football Stadium Karachi, PIA’s Shakir Lashari was the star who scored the both goals in the first half of the match.
