Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry has constituted 10 division benches (DBs), 9 Special Benches (SplBs) and 22 single benches (SBs) for hearing of all type of cases at the LHC Principal seat, Lahore for the week commencing 11 July, 2011.
The DBs include: DB-I Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry and Justice Mazhar Iqbal Sidhu for all Matters including National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and ATA cases, DB-II Justice Azmat Saeed and Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti for all civil, tax and banking matters, DB-III Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Asad Munir for all civil and tax matters, DB-IV Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik and Justice Sardar Tariq Masood special DB for murder references, ATA related appeals/revisions etc, DB-V Justice Ijazul Ahsan and Justice Mehmood Maqbool Bajwa for all civil, tax, banking and service matters, DB-VI Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Abdul Waheed Khan for all civil and tax matters, DB-VII Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq and Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan for all criminal matters including NAB, narcotics and custom cases, DB-VIII Justice Chaudhry Shahid Saeed and Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan for all civil matters, DB-IX Justice Muhammad Khalid Mehmood Khan and Justice Syed Kazim Raza Shamsi for old civil matters, DB-X Justice Shahid Hameed Dar and Justice Altaf Ibrahim Qureshi for all matters including ATA and narcotics cases.
Special Benches (SplBs) include SplB Civil-I Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh , SplB Civil-II Justice Chaudhry Shahid Saeed, SplB Criminal-I Justice Mazhar Iqbal Sidhu, SplB Family-I Justice Asad Munir, SplB Criminal-II Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan, SplB Civil-III Justice Abdul Waheed Khan, SplB Criminal-III Justice Mehmood Maqbool Bajwa, SplB Rent Cases and Family-II Justice Syed Kazim Raza Shamsi and SplBCivil-IV Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti. Single Benches include Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Sh Azmat Saeed, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Sh Najam ul Hasan (only for July 15), Justice Manzoor Ahmad Mailk, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq, Justice Ch Shahid Saeed and others.
