Unannounced electricity load shedding: Trader’s organization stages protest

Trader’s organization Naveed-e-Sehar staged a protest and shutter down strike against unannounced electricity load shedding in Mardan.
Dozens of shopkeepers of PRC market closed their shops and staged a protesting rally up till WAPDA house chowki. Protestants closed Mardan Malakan Road in Mangal Bagh Chowk for three hours for all sorts of transportation.
The president of organization Mustafa Kamal and General Secretary Saleem Gul Dolat Zai leaded the Protestants.
While talking to the rally these leaders said that WAPDA authorities are doing unannounced electricity load shedding of 16 hours due to which all businesses have been ruined, and some areas are facing water deficiency as well.
The electricity transformer of PRC market is dysfunctional since two weeks but WAPDA authorities haven’t taken any notice of it. They threatened that if WAPDA failed to control unannounced load shedding and did not fix dysfunctional transformer than they will attack WAPDA office.
