After spoiling the peaceful atmosphere of Kashmir, Nawaz Sharif is now resting at Murree. Shahbaz Sharif thought that this was the right time to check non existent development work in the cooler air of Murree rather than attend phone calls from Governor Khosa. Their next stop will be London. Zardari is in London already.
Since the fateful day this Parliament came into being and it elected this President, it has vigorously pursued only one goal: reconciliation, a much abused word merely to survive and keep the job. No one has peoples’ interest.
Why are we grossly devoid of mature honest leadership to nourish democracy? AJK elections will serve as the trailer of what is to come in the next general elections unless there is realisation to correct such attitudes.
