The judicial commission has held FC personnel and police responsible in the Kharotabad incident and recommended the provincial government to take strict action against them. It was disclosed in the detailed probe report which was issued by the Baluchistan government here on Saturday.
The commission also stated that the evidences that were brought to the notice of the commission revealed that the five foreigners, who were killed in the incident, belonged to some terrorist organisation.
“If the employees of forces could have been shown some responsibly, all the five deceased could be appended live and terrorists organisations could be accessed by taking information from them”, the report added.
