  1. Corruption and corrupt rulers are 90% responsible for all ills-militancy etcetc in under developed countries. Pakistan is no exception.MR Zardari and Cameroon must vow to end corruption and bring back thousands of trillion dollars looted and stashed in UK,Europe,USA etc by such corrupt rulers back into their countries which will redeem extreme poverty they have rendered their people to.This will automatically tackle militancy, terrorism otherwise it go on increasing. The horrible unleashed corruption by corrupt rulers ids all by design to escalate militancy and terrorism to bring powers like UK-USA keep droning, missiling poor countries which is an insurance for prolonging the corrupt rulers, their agents of evil agenda.
