Plea to transfer Sarfraz case from ATC to session court dismissed

The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has dismissed the plea of suspects in the Sarfraz killing case in which they requested the court to transfer the case from ATC to session court.
On Friday, the suspects involved in Sarfraz Shah killing case stressed to transfer the case from Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) to the session court.
The suspects’ lawyer requested the court to transfer the case to the session court. He told the court that the footage clearly shows that the rangers’ officials did not directly wanted to shoot him.
He was shot at his hand and feet, the lawyer said.
On the other hand, lawyer of Sarfraz Shah said the rangers do not have power and right to shoot and kill anyone.
The Supreme Court, seeing all things, transferred the case to ATC.
Sarfraz Shah’s mother told the media that she is hopeful of getting justice from ATC.
