Grand Alliance is must to get rid of rulers: Nawaz

PML-N Quaid Mian Nawaz Sharif has alleged government has failed to address the problems facing the people adding forging grand opposition alliance has become inevitable to get rid of government and no reconciliation process will be allowed to come on the way to this alliance.
“ In the prevailing situation when the government is meting out worst treatment to the country, it is essential to get rid of the rulers. Forging grand alliance of opposition has become inevitable and any reconciliation process will not be allowed to come as hurdle on the way to alliance”, he said this while talking to media men here Saturday.
“We started reconciliation process despite our differences and had signed Charter of Democracy. But we met disappointment on every step”, he remarked. Government failed to deliver its promises. It deceived us on every step. Tricks were played and no problem was resolved.
Government was responsible for the sheer poverty and unemployment, he held. Over 70 million people are living below the poverty line in the country due to ill-conceived policies of the government.

Dictators divided the political parties and due to this reason democracy and democratic institution could not flourish in the country, he added. Pakistan became a failed state and now the country is ranked at the 12th number among the failed states, he regretted.
