One is surprised to see DHA and Cantt areas of Lahore, free from noise pollution and congestion. But the southern areas of Lahore are a scene of mess and too much noise.
It is due to flyovers, proper parking, and urban planning that has caused the difference. Besides, most of the VIPs live in those areas. So, naturally they are treated differently than the less privileged areas.
I request the authorities concerned to develop these areas according to the same standard as they do the uptown areas of Lahore.
