Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl chief Fazlur Rehman’s visit to London is likely to be postponed because the UK High Commission has not issued a visa to him yet. According to a private TV channel, the UK was reluctant to issue visa to Fazl because the UK interior minister has sought his visa file. Accusing Fazl of having links with the Taliban, Ansar Barney’s legal firm in the UK has demanded a ban on his entry into the country. The British interior minister is investigating the issue.
