Drones kill 25 Taliban in SWA

At least 25 militants affiliated with the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, including foreigners, were killed in two US drone strikes that targeted a vehicle and a house in South Waziristan on Monday, sources said.
According to local sources, the first attack came when a US drone fired two missiles at a pickup truck carrying dozens of militants near Kung Ghalai Panga area of the agency’s Bermal tehsil. All people in the vehicle were killed on the spot. However, official sources said the US spy plane fired four missiles and killed eight militants.
Another source said on condition of anonymity that the militants, including foreigners, were on way to Afghanistan and were attacked about two kilometres away from the Afghan border.
He said the Taliban were headed to Afghanistan to fight the US-led allied forces. In the second drone strike, two missiles targeted the house of a local militant commander which is being used by the TTP. Thirteen militants were killed in the strike.

  1. did our free and independent media ever check either foreigners r killed or not? or they r as usual reproducing press advices? in old days of afghan jihad, if we gathered such press advices or desk stories we will observe that afghan mujahideen killed all afghan population two times. reporting in 80s style is still continue
