Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif on Friday said that corruption had been rampant in the country but the government was filling its coffers without least caring for the people’s problems.
Addressing an election meeting of his party here in Azad Kashmir, Nawaz Sharif said those who have caused restlessness in Pakistan what will they offer to Azad Kashmir.
“I have not seen such a government in Pakistan’s history, which is so careless about the people’s problems of joblessness, poverty and the power load shedding,” he added.
The PML-N leader criticized the government and said now the prime minister is talking about development in Azad Kashmir.
He said that there had never been a corruption case against him.
Nawaz Sharif said that the funds received to rebuild Azad Kashmir following the 2005 earthquake are being used somewhere else.
Nawaz asked what happened to the money which was received for reconstruction of Azad Kashmir after the earthquake.
He said that he did not believe in the politics of corruption, but takes politics as worship.

He told Kashmiris that a new Muzaffarabad would be built when he would come to power.

The PML-N chief said that the people would never bow to any dictator.

He said Pakistan was at the cross road and people had to decide whether they preferred dictatorship or democracy.

He said that the prime minister’s taking part in AJK electioneering was a joke.
