Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has appointed Lt Gen (Retd) Shahid Iqbal as Secretary Defence Production Division.
Shahid Iqbal had served as the Corps Commander Karachi and has a vast experience of serving in various defence organizations.
Shahid Iqbal thanked the Prime Minister for reposing confidence in him and assured to perform his duties to the best of his abilities
