Egypt stood first, Brazil bagged second while Jamaica won third position in the finals attended by as many as 31 teams from 30 countries around the world. No regular musical instruments were allowed to use and the beats had to be created with the things usually found in classrooms; pens, pencils, tables, waste baskets etc. Each team had to perform two compositions, of 60 seconds each, one covering any existing song and the second one being a new composition. The Pakistani team made a Dhol by joining two baskets from the top and made a drum kit on a box using RedBull cans, stationary holder, paper stacker and a steel geometry box and named it “Arif Gondal”. Voices from calculators and paper made crackers were also made.
