A large number of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) activists gathered at the Charing Cross on Monday to celebrate 58th birthday of PPP chairperson and former premier Benazir Bhutto and lit candles with blood to pay tribute to the slain leader. The activists chanted slogans such as “Benazir hum sharminda hain, tere qatil zinda hain” (We are ashamed Benazir that your killers are alive). They also chanted slogans in the favour of Pakistan president. BB’s portrait was illuminated with candles and surrounded with white flowers and bouquets. PPP Punjab President Imtiaz Safdar Warraich said that PPP was committed to pursue the reconciliation policy introduced by BB.
Addressing the ceremony arranged by People’s Youth Organisation (PYO), Safdar said that the country was heading towards progress under the leadership of the president and the premier. The BB’s birth anniversary will be celebrated in all the PPP provincial headquarters, divisional and district offices today (Tuesday). Different ceremonies are being organized under the auspices of Peoples Students Federation and other affiliated organisations. The PPP provincial leaders will cut cake to mark the birthday and special prayers would be offered for the departed soul.
By 'illuminating' blood the PPP-Zardari loyalists polluted the environment with their dirty-corrupt blood .Zardari PPP has ruined Pakistan and 16.5 poor in last forty five months by horrendous corruption, incompetence, unbridled wealth of trillion of dollars.Yet they claim achievements.FOR DESTROYING THE POOR.
Whatever their political opponent say, the drive is indeed commendable and must be appreciated.
Well Done! Keep it up.
