It was shocking to hear that an amount of almost 200 billion dollars is in the Swiss bank accounts of Pakistanis. The amount is massive and I am sure that the government of Pakistan will not investigate about this money as many politicians are also involved.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry should take suo moto notice of this and should form a credible and powerful committee which should investigate this money without coming under any pressure. But I doubt if this will give any result because the Supreme Court is already finding it hard to recover 256 billion rupees which have been written off since 1971.
We should take the example from India that is also trying to recover money from Swiss accounts as Indians have more money than any other country in Swiss accounts.
