Hindu trader goes missing


A young Hindu trader named Suresh Kumar Maharaj went missing on Thursday after he had been to a mobile phone franchise near the Municipal Complex, Mirpurkhas Suresh’s family including his uncle fear that he may have been picked up by the law enforcement agencies. Patiyoon Basic health Unit in-charge Dr Tulsi Das told Pakistan Today that Kumar, his nephew and a resident of Gulshan-e-Latif, might be in the agencies’ custody as he interacts with his family relatives from India, and had many times went to receive them at the station arriving from Indian in Thar Express. He added that Suresh, the father of three, was running a general store and had no enmity with anyone. A case has been lodged with the town police about his missing. On contact, SHO Amin Mari told Pakistan Today that he had received the application on Suresh’s missing and the police was trying to ascertain his whereabouts but no information has so far been received.
