Pakistan on Thursday indicated that terrorism was not part of the agreed agenda for the foreign secretary-level engagement with India that was expected to take place this month and the focus would be on the Kashmir dispute, peace and security, and promotion of friendly exchanges.
Addressing a weekly briefing on Thursday, Foreign Office spokeswoman Tehmina Janjua said Pakistan was desirous of purposeful and result-oriented dialogue with India for the sake of sustainable peace and development in South Asia.
To a question, she said the foreign secretary held a meeting with the representatives of the Kashmiri leadership on Wednesday to know their view point about the dialogue process.
