Management of Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) signed 21st Memorandum of settlement (MOS) with OGDCL Labour Ittehad Union (CBA) here today, according to this agreement the employees salary has been increased 27 percent alongside an eight percent increment and Rs2,000 as capital allowance with other benefits with effect from February 7, 2011.
The MOS was signed in the presence of MD/CEO Asif Saeed Sindhu and Legal General Manager Ijaz Muhammad Khan, on behalf of the Management and CBA President Muhammad Akram and other senior officers as well as all representatives from the OGDCL fields in the Conference Hall of OGDCL head Office, Islamabad. Addressing on this occasion OGDCL MD Asif Saeed Sindh said that the 21st MOS has been signed within shortest possible time period with remarkable achievements for the employees.
He appreciated OGDCL Management Team and CBA representatives that they have reached to a conclusion on genuine demands in the interest of the Company with mutual understanding and responsibility. PRESS RELEASE
