The vandalising firing incident that occurred yesterday at Liaqat National Hospital left a 15-year-old girl injured. The girl was struck by a stray bullet in the back of her head.
She was travelling with her mother to her workplace. The girl was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital (Agha Khan Hospital) with the help of local volunteers present at the occasion.
The cost of her operation is way out of their reach as the family is not financially sound. Is there any end to this menace of firing that has claimed so many lives, injured so many people and ruined so many families?
