The tides are turning and there is a certain shift identified in the strategy of terrorist organisations. Bodies in bags are being found daily in the south zone of Karachi. Lyari killings are a major issue at the moment for Pakistan.
It is imperative to train the police further to counter such attacks. Only then we will have a hope to restore sanity in the commercial capital of the country. A good portion of the GDP budget must be awarded to the police defence so that they can attain enhanced technology to counter such threats posed to them.
