A delegation of the All-Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) on Saturday met Senior Federal Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi under the leadership of APCA Punjab President Haji Muhammad Irshad.
The delegation, during the meeting, proposed that the budget relief should be extended to the employees in Grade-16. The APCA leaders proposed that instead of 15 percent, 30 percent increase in salaries should be allowed to the employees from grade one to grade 16. They further demanded the merger of the ad-hoc relief of 2010 in the pay scales. The federal minister termed the APCA demands genuine and assured the delegation of raising the issue in the National Assembly during the budget debate. Separately, the APCA Punjab president has congratulated Ch Mushtaq Gujjar (president), Anwar Dawood (general secretary) and their panel for winning the election of the association held in the Punjab Livestock Department.
