Federal Minister for Interior Rehman Malik visited the site of blast at Malpur near Barha Kahu, suburb town of Islamabad with out any protocol.
He reached the incident scene by driving his car and observed the evidence gathering process. He also ordered the inquiry of the incident and instructed DIG (Operations) Islamabad Bin Yamin to submit the report within two days.
On the occasion , the Interior Minister said while talking to the media that that the security of federal capital had already been beefed up and police as well as security agencies are working well. But the whole nation has to be united against terrorism.
He said that explosive that occurred the blast at Malpur was not old one but it was new. The nails found from the scene were also new. Some body was carrying it, but due to vigilant check of Islamabad police, he threw it after which it exploded. However the screening of entire area would be carried out thoroughly, he added.
He said that the police has been instructed to make effective measures at all entering and exist points to provide full security to the people. In this regard all the resources would be utilized.
He said that the enemy are playing new tricks. The politicians, instead of setting up their political stage, should convey the message to the terrorists that whole country is united against them.
