The police have defused a five-kilo gram bomb here on Warasta road, Hangu on Thursday.
Hangu police got tip off that some unknown people planted bomb of five kilogram on Warasta road, the police and Bomb disposal squads rushed at the site and defused the bomb.
Meanwhile, on directives of DPO Hangu Abdul Rasheed Khan, the police conducted search operation and arrested 16 suspects including four proclaimed offenders. On the other hand the police have beefed up the security and heavy police contingents have been deployed at entry and exit points.
