Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan on Wednesday said media could play an effective role in improving Pakistan-China relations. She said this during the MoU signing meeting with the Minister of State Council Information Office Wang Chen.
The minister said that she was representing Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s party, who laid foundations of Sino-Pak ties. She said President Zardari and PM Gilani were also following the vision of Shaheed leaders of PPP to further improve bilateral relations with China.
