Champs team won the Mainland Husnain Inter Departmental Cricket Tournament here on Thursday beating Super Star in the final. Super Star gathered 144 in 12 overs.
Ali Raza 31, Mohsin 30, Shafiq 20 and Rasheed 20 were prominent with the bat. In reply, Champs achieved the score losing seven wickets. Safdar Babar 53, Tanveer 32, Farhan 20 and Abid 20 made the win easy.
At the end of the event, Ali Raza was declared the Man of the series while Safdar Babar was adjudged Man of The Match while Kamran Raza was the Best Fielder.
