Even after the government has increased electricity tariff, there does not seem to any relief from the curse of load-shedding. The major cities are still facing more than eight hour a day load-shedding while the rural areas are submerged in darkness for more than 18 hours a say. This speaks volumes for the efficiency of the government and its various organisations. It seems that soon the wapda itself would be without energy and be declared dead, but then again who can say the king is dead.
