The Punjab Karate Association in collaboration with District Karate Association Faisalabad is organising the 18th Punjab Boys and Girls Karate Championship from June 11 to 12 at Crescent Sports Complex Faisalabad. According to secretary PKA Bashir Butt, the organisation of the championship was decided in the PKA General Council meeting under the supervision of Umair Khan, President PKA, at Lahore. Butt announced that the championship for boys will be contested in 11 weight categories while girls will compete in five weight classes. The organizing committee Al Hessam Ul Haq and its members are Malik Shahid Mehmood, Muhammad Abass, Malik Javaid Iqbal, Feyyaz Feroze, M. Amjab Sajaid Butt, Shahid Attique and Touqeer Hussain. All of the PKA district members attended the meeting.
