A group of five bandits scaled the boundary wall of a house in Samundary and gang-raped a woman who was alone there. The victim, a resident of Chak No 476-GB, tehsil Samundary, reported that she was alone when Abdur Rehman, Boota, Asif and two unidentified accomplices jumped over the wall of her house. The complainant alleged that during the ordeal that continued for several hours, the five people took turns to rape her at gunpoint one by one. Samundary police registered a case against the accused and ordered the medical examination of the victim. The complainant has appealed to the RPO to take notice of the incident and ensure arrest of the rapists.
