The Young Doctors Association (YDA) Pakistan on Tuesday announced to observe a black day against the termination of 61 doctors by the Balochistan chief minister (CM) by wearing black bands. The YDA Pakistan office bearers Dr Rana Sohail, Dr Salman Kazmi, Dr Talha Sherwani, Dr Burhan Ashraf and Dr Khuda Baksh in a joint press statement announced full support for the doctors of Balochistan and demanded the Balochistan CM to accept the demands of the YDA Balochistan instead of terminating the doctors. The YDA office bearers appealed to the prime minister of Pakistan to take notice of the Balochistan CM’s attitude and resolve the issue by directing him to implement the special salary package announced by Federal and Punjab government.
