President Asif Ali Zardari has directed government’s economic team to evolve poor friendly budget besides providing relief to government employees through increase in their salaries.
Government economic team led by finance minister Hafiz Sheikh gave briefing to the President Asif Ali Zardari on the salient features of the budget for the fiscal year 2011-12 here at Aiwan-e-Sadr.
The president stressed that budget should be poor friendly and it should focus on growth in GDP. He urged that Benazir Income Support Program should be consolidated and its funding be raised.
thanks , his excellency the president of Islamic republic of Pakistan Mr Asif Ali Zardari, for his benignity and empathetical considerations that he has directed the finance ministry to raise the salary of , the price hike stricken government employees. we request the honorable president to direct and issue an order to plan to raise the salaries of govt. employees.
we are govt employees. we thank to Zardari on increeasing in the salary of low income employees.
i always wonder why govt. thinks so deep and make exhausting efforts to ponder about the salary raises of govt. employees while those of the politicians and people on power core get these benefits overnight.
Anyhow, this is good step to keep some blood flowing into the veins of ever endangered govt. employees.
