Renowned cricketer turned politician Imran Khan was the chief guest on the launching ceremony of the Community Services Club and Professional Development Club under the umbrella of MANAGIC, at the Management Department, School of Business and Economics, the University of Management and Technology, Lahore. Addressing on the occasion, Imran Khan pointed out that there wasn’t much scope for community service unless the fight for survival of civic society is won. Dr A R Kausar, Pro-Rector UMT, thanked everyone, especially the chief guest, for managing the visit to UMT. The chairperson of the Management Department Naveda Kitchlew talked about the relationship with the community that develops from community services.
