Govt has complete confidence on all members of Abbottabad Commission: Law Minister

All the individuals nominated by the government for Abbotabad Commission are respectable people who have made names in their respective fields and we have complete confidence in them.” Federal Law Minister Maula Buksh Chandio expressed these views while talking to the media on the eve of International Nurses Day at Capital Hospital in Islamabad.
Answering a question, the federal minister said that the commission report will be the property of the parliament as it has been mandated the task through a parliamentary resolution. However, the report will be made public in all probability and people will come to know the findings of the commission.
The federal minister said that the present political dispensation has made all out efforts for strengthening institutions and structures. The survival of the country and democracy are intertwined. Pakistan has suffered several setbacks at the hand of dictatorships and now is the time that we strengthen the democratic system in the country.
The minister emphasized that bad traditions of the past must be condemned and good traditions should be encouraged for the good of the society and state.
Earlier, while talking on the eve of the International Nurses Day, the minister urged upon the doctors and nurses to play their due role for the benefit of society. Through their positive and healthy attitude, the nurses can play pivotal role for healthy society, the minister added.
The federal minister said that one can regain money, respect and health; but if an individual is lost, he can never be regained. Hence, we should respect human beings and try to help them out at every crucial juncture, the minister concluded.
