  1. Any man with the credibility and standing of Fakhruddin G Ibraheem would hesitate to be part of a commission set up without consensus, a time frame and terms of reference. Even the head of this commission has been appointed in an irregular manner without prior consultation of Chief Justice Of pakistan. There is a serious credibility gap as far as appointment of Nadeem Ahmed former chairman of ERRA is concerned. It seems there is an illwill on the part of those who have formed this Commission.
