Many people leave their homes to reach their desired places on foot. In Karachi, traffic on roads is dreadful; it is speedy and there is too much number of vehicles on the road. They don’t give any room to the others, especially the mini bus drivers. They drive their vehicles on roads without following traffic rules and regulations.
People don’t use overhead bridges and other such facilities that can allow them to cross the roads safely. People tend to put their lives at risk by crossing the roads without using these pedestrian bridges or zebra crossings. Due to this, the ratio of road accidents has increased.
It is a humble request to the authorities to take some constructive steps towards solving this major problem.
