Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Vice Chairman Amir Asghar Dar on Tuesday urged officers to work with a spirit of public service to give maximum relief to the people and transform LDA into a vibrant organisation. He said this while visiting the LDA Office, Johar Town. Dar stressed upon the need for simplifying various procedures for this purpose and advised the staff to refrain from putting unnecessary objections on people’s complaints and facilitating disposal of their genuine complaints by upholding merit. He urged officers to ensure a speedy disposal of applications received at the LDA One Window Cell. Earlier, the LDA vice chairman visited the one window cell and inspected working of the staff.
He listened to complaints of the people and issued instructions for their immediate resolution. LDA One Window Cell Director Mansoor Butt briefed Dar about the functions and performance of various sections working under his supervision. He informed the vice chairman about working of LDA Call Centres, significance of security featured documents, working of the server room and other offices working for providing relief to the people.
