The debate on civil-military relationship, harmony among them and equation between the two is now a hot topic in the country and abroad. Obviously the discussion would end at a sympathetic note to give grace marks to the military because it deserves to be backed, supported and encouraged because this is needful to keep intact the forces’ morale and image among the general public. True that such a sense must prevail because good or bad there has to be our own army. But the big question is should a society resort to coin such a term of civil-military relationship? Probably such ideas come to surface at a time when the two cast doubt on each other.
