Government College University Lahore Political Science Department (GCU PSD) has formed Alumni Association to gather the department’s alumni. GCU PSD Chairman Prof Dr Khalid Manzoor Butt requested the alumni of the department to get the free membership of the Alumni Association within next one month. He said that the department would soon hold a mass reunion of its alumni who have completed their MPhil or master’s degree from the department, which was established in 1964. He said that after the completion of registration procedure, the union would select its executive committee. However, he said, the department has initially appointed Sheikh Nadeem Ahmed as the association’s in-charge to look after the registration of the Alumni Association.
