Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad will confer degrees upon 1,300 graduates and postgraduates in different disciplines at the 2nd Convocation of Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) today (Sunday).
The graduates are from the Dow Medical College and Dr Ishratul Ebad Institute of Dental Oral Health Sciences, batch 2010 and 2011, respectively. The post graduates comprise candidates who successfully completed their PhDs in different sub-specialties of medicine from DUHS. They also include masters in health management sciences, bio-chemistry, pharmacology, diabetology and endocrinology.
