Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) leader Babar Awan said on Sunday that the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) observed a division day instead of observing Youme-e Takbir (Takbir day).
Speaking in a press conference here, Awan asked “to whom Nawaz Sharif wants to revolt? Constitution or democracy?”
He also termed the PML-N a hurdle in implementation of the 20th amendment.
He said that the PPP has always done politics of federation while the PML-N has done politics of insincerity.
Babar Awan further said that Nawaz Sharif did not call parliament’s joint session until eight months of the Kargi incident.
PML-N has become isolated in the politics of the country nowadays, that is why it is criticizing the government illogically, he added.
