TEVTA employees demand regularisation

TEVTA Employees Association has demanded of TEVTA chairman to regularize officials on contract according to Punjab Chief Minister Mian Mhammad Shabhaz Sharif’s order. According to TEVTA press release, all provincial department contract officials have been regulated despite TEVTA officials. After a one and half years on contract, they have not been regularized.
TEVTA employees said that TEVTA chairman was not taking step towards employees’ regulation even though Multan court bench has declared verdict in their favour. The association thus requested the Punjab CM to direct TEVTA chairman to regularize officials on contract.

Telephone Industries of Pakistan (TIP) Uunited Staff Union has demanded of TIP Managing Director to reguularize all daily wages and contract staff accordingn to Mrime Minister of Pakistan. After 20 or 15 years on contract, they have not been regularized.

TIP employees said that the higher management of TIP was not taking step towards employees regulation even though Suppreme Court of Pakistan has declared verdict in their two collegues favor. The United Staff Unior thus requested to Prime Minister of Pakistan and our honorable Labour Minister Syed Khurshid Shah to direct TIP Management to regularize all employees of TIP still waiting for regualr since 20 years.

please for GOD sake regulerize all TEVTA CONTRACT EMPLOYEE IDONT UNDERSTAND MIAN SAHIB IS INCHARGE OF TEVTA AND HE IS NOT TAKING ANY ACTION MIAN SAB KHUDA KE LIYE YE MEHERBANI BHI HUM PER KAR DEN .

Inspite of the Slogan of Chief Minister Punjab to promote Technical Education……..
But Alas if Employees are without benefits how can they facilitate other rights……….
Employees having 15 years service are also on contract and in the wait of regularization but alas no body
is hearing their voice.
If there is no job security then how is it possible to secure the Technical stream.
I pray to Allah Almighty that kindly our leaders take pity on all of us………..
