Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Shareef has taken action on a story published in “Pakistan Today” concerning Wazirabad Institute of Cardiology regarding the suspension of work on this mega project.
The P&D secretary, Gujranwala commissioner Saeed Wahla and DCO Barrister Nabeel Awan paid a surprise visit to the institute on the direction of the CM. All the three high officials visited all the sections of this institute thoroughly.
They also checked the suspended work of nursing hostels and water tank project. They visited three special sections – sewerage, electricity and air-conditioning system. The suspended work of the institute will restart soon in the light of the report sought by the CM.
