Misbah-ul-Haq scored his maiden century as skipper in Test cricket by making an unbeaten 102 off 141 balls with 10 fours and two sixes on the fourth day of the second Test match against West Indies at Warner Park, Basseterre, on Monday .Misbah-ul-Haq’s previous best as skipper was 99 against New Zealand at Wellington in January 2011 while 52 in the previous Test match at Providence was his previous highest against West Indies in Tests. After making an unbeaten 102, Misbah Haq became the 22nd Pakistani batsman on 40 occasions to score a hundred against West Indies in Test cricket. It was Misbah-ul-Haq’s third century in 44 innings of 25 Test matches.
g Pakistan recorded their 16th victory in 46 Test matches against West Indies by winning the second Test match by 196 runs. It was Pakistan’s second win in six Test match under Mishabah-ul-Haq.

g Taufeeq Umar set a new Pakistani record of most catches against West Indies by holding Brendan Nash off Saeed Ajmal in second innings. It was his fifth catch of the match. Wallis Mathias who took four catches at Brigetown in 1957-58 held the previous record. Taufeeq Umar also holds the Pakistani record of most catches in a Test match. He took six catches against South Africa at Faisalabad in 2003-04.
g Ramnaresh Sarwan’s duck was second in 16 innings of eight Test matches against Pakistan and 11th overall in 150th innings of 85 Test matches.
