If only we had gentlemen officers and men of honour in uniform, there would have been many resignations to fend off the embarrassment of a series of security lapses. But alas it is no longer to be seen. Instead what we see are more general colonies, golf courses, retail stores, petrol pumps etc located in what were formerly called cantonments.
