Iqbal Town police failed to find any clue to Ibrar, 10, a resident of Sharif Park, Multan Road, who has been missing from a local seminary at Dubai Chowk for the last ten days. According to details, Ibrar’s mother, Gul Rana, suspecting that the seminary teacher had kidnapped her son, told an English newspaper that Ibrar went to the seminary on May 12 but did not return home.
His family could not find him.Students of the seminary said that the accused teacher, a resident of Dera Gazi Khan, used to abuse Ibrar regularly. Iqbal Town Police have registered a case (No 621/11) under Section 363 of PPC against an unidentified man on the complaint of Ibrar’s father, Muhammad Farooq.
