Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) Lahore Police killed two criminals involved in a kidnapping-cum-murder in a staged police encounter near Lakho Der Behni Road on Friday. The deceased were identified as Ali Shan alias Shani, 23, and Asim alias Munna, 27.
CIA police conducted a raid on hideout of the accused, who had killed a man after receiving ransom from a family in Mozang and killed them in a staged encounter. Police said a raid was conducted on dens of the criminals to nab them after one of the arrested accomplices confessed the crime and informed about other partners being involved in the kidnapping-cum-murder.
